How to introduce your staffy to your new born child?

Hi Guys.

We have just found out that we are expecting a baby (due in December) I know its a long way away but I want to prepare them. Has anyone has experience with this and how did they do it? I do not want Zeke or Archie becoming jealous towards the new baby.

I think people recommend brining something home that smells of the baby before the baby come home? Congratulations   xx

Aww thankyou guys. Im super excited. I just want to include my 2 pooches in with the new baby and I do not want them to feel left out.

congratulations! The link's are great, i'd focus on getting any of their routine changes in place now before baby comes home, so that they don't feel as if they're being pushed out. We have a few members on here that have been in the same situation, I know that TonyW usually has some great advice about this topic so hopefully he'll come along soon!
