EzyDog Chest Plate Harness
How do the sizings run? And do they rub under their arms?
Marquez is 21.3kg @ 15.5" at the shoulder (weight has been going up 1kg per month but he's looking much leaner than when he first came home to us but hoping his weight doesn't continue to increase which has happened on raw) his neck is 46cm and girth 68cm. Do I go for the M or L?
Size & Fitting Instructions
For best fit measure the girth of the dog. This is the area behind the front legs and around the body. The neck will typically fall into place once girth is determined. If the measurement is close to the end of the size range, go up to the larger size.
Size Weight Neck Girth
XS 3 - 5kg 27 - 46cm 29 - 48cm
S 5 - 10kg 34 - 56cm 37 - 60cm
M 10 - 19kg 41 - 68cm 45 - 73cm
L 19 - 35kg 46 - 78cm 49 - 84cm
XL 35kg+ 52 - 90cm 56 - 97cm

Re: EzyDog Chest Plate Harness
I'd go for the medium, Darcy has the medium and although significally smaller than Marquez there is lots of adjustment to make it lots bigger. It's never rubbed under her arms

I'd say medium too, Katy is over 21kgs, 18" at the shoulder with a 16" neck last time we measured her. Her Ezydog harness fit lovely & never rubs under her arms & as Hayley says there is a lot of adjustment on them

Re: EzyDog Chest Plate Harness
Thanks girls - I'm going to order one in medium then so its ready for me to pick up in Australia when I'm back for a visit in a few weeks. Marquez is going to be spoilt when I get back with a new harness, muzzle and whatever else I pick up for him

Re: EzyDog Chest Plate Harness
Biscuit has the medium but she's got very little hair on her tummy an sensitive skin and it have her friction burns should be okay if he's got a decent coat though! We use the trixie harness now as it's fleece lined, so soft on her skin!

Re: EzyDog Chest Plate Harness
We started with the Quick Fit Harness and didn't realize straight away but it rubbed horrible little grazes under Indi's arms. Switched the the Chest Plate and have had no issues

Re: EzyDog Chest Plate Harness
I have one of these for Milo in a large. I noticed a small pink mark on his tum where it might have rubbed but he hardly has any hair there anyway. I might buy him a Trixie harness as they do look really nice
