Re: Eating habits
Hi, moved your post to diet and nutrition No she won't be getting everything she needs from chicken necks, far too much bone on their own. Are you wanting to continue with raw or looking for ideas with dry food?

Re: Eating habits
I feed raw so may be the way to go if she's eating the chicken necks, have a read of these And have a look in the raw food forum

Or these are our recommended dry foods, you can add a raw egg or some tinned sardines to make it more appealing

Re: Eating habits
Definitely not getting enough from chicken necks, I feed Zeus raw too and he gets alot of mince, with added supplements such as turmeric, salmon oil, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, herbs (mint, rosemary, basil) and also the odd bone now and then.
I'm also going to purchase a thing called 'Pet Plus' which is a powder you put in the food that gives them any nutrients/vitamins they may miss through a raw diet.

Re: Eating habits
She definately needs more variation in her diet and as a 5 month old puppy will need more than an adult to help her grow. Sazzle's post is great We also feed raw and Bane is loving it.
