Sometimes I forget

Sooooo, the past few days I've been in a fowl mood, I mean really snappy. Can't remember the last time I felt like this, it feels like people have gone out of their way to wind me up. Anyway, I'm in work today and one of the managers says to me, bit hyper today Rhia, yeah I say. So gets home, wondering why the f*** I am in such a mood. The I remember, I got bloody bipolar, I forget sometimes!!
So I'm trying to relax and my face looks like I'm sucking on lemons, and strangling people is on my mind, I'm just about controlling my thoughts to be able to type them up.
Didn't used to mind the mood swings, especially cause I didn't really know what the hell was going on till I started to come down (or up) but realising your having a moment and you still can't controll is is a bit of worthless exercise.
Just a rant!!

meds are not nice to take at any time, but if it stops you going up with clouds or down in the dephts never ending they will help I guess but is good to forget
