Spring forward an hour tonight Xxx

Yay, I'll finally get to stay up to watch Corrie    So from tonight you'll be an hour behind me? Or is it from tomorrow night?   

I think they say to change them at 1am but I always do it before I go to bed! Xx

I change the clocks before I go to bed too, if they go forwards do we loose an hours sleep ?   

Yeah Kathy, they go forward so loose an hour I always remember how they change by this saying--> spring-forward-------fall-back

So when you wake up tomorrow you will have lost an hour?

I would rather gain an hour, I need at least another 5 in each day anyway
