Walking danger
Just got back from a big walk with Koda around our neighbourhood (new housing development, very nice part of town!), approached by a young guy in a 'work' 4WD and asked questions about Koda & where we lived, too many questions. Quick exit for us and rushed home. I tell you what, you have to have your wits about you at all times!!! People are opportunists. Take care out there peeps.

in a 'work' 4WD
take a note of the reg. plate number ..
invest in a discreet personal cctv that's recording all the time
i.e. like those in car dashboard cameras
as aussie winter be approaching .. you could hide it in a jacket

Re: Walking danger
Got the rego, took a pic of the car. I won't be walking him in the dark. That's the worst bit, it's 10am Saturday and the sun is shining!

Re: Walking danger
Silly question, but you did make sure when you got a few doors from your place that he was't following you (at a long distance) to see which house you went into. Very scary stuff, be careful.

Re: Walking danger
This is something that always bothers me when out walking early in the morning, you just never know who is around and watching you. My hubby has one of those tiny little video camera things that you can just tuck into a top pocket, may be worth the investment !!
If someone stops to ask questions I just say "I must go my hubby is waiting over there"

Re: Walking danger
You could try calling the police and see if there anything they can do. Or mentioning it to your neighbours and at least you will all be looking out for any strange behavior

Re: Walking danger
I had this last week when I was out walking Archie on my own, two very sly looking lads where really watching us and I felt a little uneasy, but i held their gaze so they knew I had clocked them and I heard one say something like "look, look at that staff, how old ya reckon?" Luckily it wasn't near where I live and I made sure they didn't follow me its a scary world xx
