just wondered if we could have a down time place just for us.
I have MH issues big time
I know a lot of my friends here suffer with stress and panic attacks
so I thought our own little piece of Eden,
Flotation tank, hot tub steam room sauna
you would not need to say you were there, but remember if you want this it is for time out, Steve no nudity and only 1 at a time in each place
this is just an idea, something I normally do before going into my meditation
anyway hope you all fancy it

Could do with a massage on my shoulders right now, have just finished ironing all the bed linen, I hate that job
