Massage stones

Had some for xmas anyone used them I think you heat them first

Well I think anywhere really but I get a lot of back and shoulder probs so may concentrate on those areas

i like things like that i bet it nice an relaxing

The lady that bought them for me keeps asking if I have tried them as she wants to know if they really work or if its a gimmick. So will try them before next Wednesday
