what age for first walk

diesel had his second injection three days ago how long after that would you leave it to take him for his first walk

What did the vet say ?

Would recommend only 5 minutes of walking for each month of age to begin with.

they said a week after that seems along time

How long did your vet say ? I normally wait about 72 hours after last injections

My vet said two weeks after Alfie's last injection - seemed like a lifetime we were desperate to take him out! X

I was going to ask this question earlier as spud getting his 2nd jag tomorrow or Friday, effin hell another two weeks of this madness. Feels like a life time already, can we go visit friends staffies who are all up to date with jags etc?

When i took Star for her first jab on monday i was told for her next jab go back in 2 weeks then a week after the 2nd she can go out, but to avoid muddy areas and nasty puddles can't wait to take her out with Prince

LOL Mark !!!    Over here they say 2 weeks after the 3rd jab - thank god Koda is getting this on Saturday as he's 14wks but it will be the longest two weeks of my life - HE NEEDS WALKING NOW !!!!!!

Well it will be 9 days tomorrow after Spuds 2nd jag, really wanna take him a walk, should I keep him on a stone path or will he be fine on grass?

We were told 7 days after The 2nd jab. It'll be worth it
