Whats your diet plan threw out the days,im good with all that use to go to the gym for years and know alot about nutrition and have mates who are personal trainers

Me too, was a trainer myself for ten years Trying to get back into gyming properly this year...I'm the wrong side of 30 now for that blasted metabolism

You need more than that, you need to eat small meals at least 4 times a day,to keep your metabolism going to burn of fat.

I'm sure most of us would put on a a little weight over the Christmas holidays it's only to be expected at a festive time of year. Don't worry too much about it you will get it off again, just try a little harder and you might loose a bit more weight with it

2 weeks isn't very long - remember that the slower you lose it, the better the chances of keeping it off, instead of it quickly falling off and coming back on the first time you look at a Red Stripe!

none yet i wanna get down to 12 before start to do my 20miles bike rides again

Ahh well done for doing all of that though!! If you can lose that, i'm sure you'll get there, may just take a little while longer.. I'd love to be able to put ON weight! Just doesn't happen

2 small meals Steve you are starving yourself and your body is clinging to whatever food you have eaten.
You know sw and it was working for you, I eat loads but the right options, I still believe you need to be exercising, slow steady get the heart rate up will tone but won't bulk muscle. I know if I have a break from training it takes about a week or so for it to show on the scales when I get back but when I am training 2-3 times a week I can afford the odd pizza or bar of chocolate with no effect.
Oh and as for being the wrong side of 30 I was 32 when I kicked myself up the * 7months later I'd lost 3st. Now I maintain easily as it has become a lifestyle change my core meals are low fat and I don't binge on bread and cereal. One thing from goings groups I see regularly is people hitting that plateau when they focus too much, easy to say but relax, eat, and dont cheat yourself
