Update on Hava - rescue Staffy. Heartbroken.

Hi all. Quick reminder - Hava is a 3yr old Staffy female we are planning to rescue. She's not in rescue centre anymore, dog fundation for bull type dog took her under their wings. She had sterilization and now has Foster home. It's all fresh news so we still don't know how she is with other dogs. Finger cross every one. So in her foster home she stays with 9yr old, very calm Amstaff male. She wanted to kill him. On walks she's fine and she walk next to him on lead. The situation change inside. Ofcourse they will keep her in this home but the poor old boy has to be in crate. She hates crates and goes mental in there. With a broken heart we decided that we can't take Hava, we can't put Debo at risk. They said they will work with her and they're really good so maybe in the future if she get better we might go visit her and see how they go.

Thanks. Jo, we don't know yet. A lot's going on in her life at the moment. She had sterilization yesterday and long trip to foster home. She traveled with 7weeks rescue pit pull and she wanted to eat him. I'm hoping it's just because of the stress .

Yes, most probably due to stress, she just needs some time to adjust and heal, I'm hoping it all goes well for you.

I'm rubbish at that. On my first post I've the update.

Poor Hava, and poor you    Feel for you. But of course you have to put Debo first. Hope Hava gets better - at least she's somewhere caring   You TRIED xxxx
