I never had a teenage phase with Bacchus thankfully, but since we came back from our family Christmas in Glasgow he has been a bit of a pain. I think he is missing all the constant attention and being really pushy. But I just let him know that demanding gets him nowhere and I initiate any interaction not him, and he is returning to normal. I find it difficult not to give in and cuddle him but I believe that, as an un-neuterd dog, he needs to know that things must be on my terms until he returns to his normal, well behaved self.

Agree. He was getting away with a lot as the family all wanted to spoil him and, as you say, he may also be a bit bored with just us wrinklies for company now.
