Jamie, Staffie, DOB 2006 – Feltham Foster HOMED
Jamie, Staffie, DOB 2006 – Feltham Foster
Homing Requirements: Jamie needs a stable family unit. Jamie may have a few problems with his ears ongoing as many Staffies do, he needs support to tolerate intervention coming from his close family. Jamie isn't overtly sociable but is certainly tolerant of other dogs. Only pet status. Live in children over 10 years old and must be dog savvy. He will need time to settle into a new home, adjust to being left and family routines.
Video: Jamie comes to town (Country!)
His Story: Jamie was found stray. The original owner was contacted via the microchip but sold him on long ago and can't have him back. Jamie was in a 'high kill pound' so we took him out on his last day. Jamie is chipped, now neutered and vax'd.
Advert: Jamie puts a smile on everyone's face. He welcomes meeting people and enjoys his outings at the kennels. He may grumble when you are taking his harness off as he gets concerned when his ears were treated but clearly messages which is 'good in a dog'. A chirpy and upbeat character. Jamie is fervently housetrained and the kennel staff have had to train him to use the kennel as they were needing to take him out 2x a day as he wouldn't go inside! Jamie does not like travelling crates or any other kind. We tend to advise that Staffies are kept on extender leads as there is a lot of 'anti bull breed' people around who are ready to place the blame on a Staffie even if it's their dog in the wrong, or a dog gets concerned being approached by an off lead Staffie. Jamie is a really great Staffie who so deserves a responsible family to support him hence forth.
Jamie is a 6 year old red & white Staffie. He will talk to you and is a happy soul when he is away from his kennel. Jamie is a 'show Staffie' with fabulous looks an up beat personality with a keen intelligence and an outgoing and active approach to life. Jamie will delight being involved whether it’s in the kitchen; garden or whilst your on the computer he'll be a foot warmer! Jamie will need a settling programme as he has been through quite an ordeal and we know he has had at least 2 homes already. A Staffie family will adore him, treasure him and he them!
Please note that this dog is currently in foster until a 'forever home' is found.

Jamie is doing brilliantly in his foster home. Heres an update from his fosterer:
"I left Jamie home alone again yesterday for 3 hrs and again no problem and I got a great welcome when I returned.
Not a day has gone bye since Jamie has got here has he not made us chuckle, yesterday he through his rope toy in the air and it landed on my lap, he couldn't work out why it wasn't on the floor he's face was a picture.
Last night charley had 3 friends round and Jamie was brilliant, let all the girls say hello one by one and even rolled over for tummy tickles with Emma, who fell in Love with him.
Me and Jamie took ourselfs off to bed (yes he sleeps on the beds) to watch tv. He gives the most wonderful cuddles in bed and lifts his head back for kisses. He is so sweet"!
