Casey, 18 month? Female SBT - Scotland
Casey came to us from a pound that is shutting down. She is the first dog to come in to rescue through Maggie's Mission.
She arrived feeling very anxious and timid but less than 24 hours on we are already seeing some of her personality.
She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, bathed and flea treated. She is not good with most other dogs although has been able to Sit in fairly close proximity to another male dog.
She was a stray so we can only guess at her age. First impressions lead us to believe she is still very young, somewhere between 18 months and 2 years.
Casey is now in an experienced foster home and loving every minute of it.
Cassie's personality is beginning to come out and she is an absolute joy. She will make a wonderful companion for the right family. She is still very much a puppy and has already learned some obedience cues. She is a very quick learner and has picked up Sit, Paw, Wait, Down and Bed already. She has also been learning recall. She walks nicely on lead too.
She has been tested with other dogs and while she couldnt live with another she is manageable. She is able to Sit in the presence of another dog or walk past. You can follow her progress on facebook -Link
She is extremely affectionate and loves her belly rubbed. She is also learning to play with toys and loves footballs.
She is not overkeen on the car but does travel ok.
She will need someone who is prepared to commit to continuing her training so that she reaches her full potential.
Homing requirements:
Casey will need to be the only dog in the house
Someone who is prepared to continue her training
A garden
Casey can be rehomed with children over 8
No cats
If you can give gorgeous Casey her forever home, please fill out the adoption form on our website - Www.staffordshirerescuescotland.org.uk

I do hope Casey finds a suitable home very soon, she needs the stability and to have her training continued.
