dry food recomendations - Dog Food Empty Dog Food

Hi I was Feeding Roxy pedigree dog food in the morning with bakers and raw in the afternoon. Now I know pedigree and bakers are no good for her as Ive been told on this forum.So I would like to know is Naturo adult is ok its 60 per cent chicken 20 per cent brown rice with vegetables minerals and oils ? Plus what do you feed yours and where do you get it from thanks..

Moo is on a special diet for her arthritis and i always buy online as there is a wider choice and its cheaper Smile x

Darcy has been on jwb, Arden grange, Simpsons she did well on them all but got bored very quickly and wouldn't eat them Rolling Eyes now she's on week 3 of being completely raw fed Big Grin

I would love to go all raw bones meat so on just it scare me when I see what she did last night lol Plus I work for myself and not make that much at the moment raw would cost a bit would it not?

my boys have swallowed lots of things whole over the years, never put me off Big Grin don't forget dogs don't chew, their throats are basically bones chutes so they crunch it enough to fit down and that's it!

no i feed once a day to my adult dogs, once they get to 9 or 10 months old i drop down to once a day.

It costs me roughly £10-15 a month to feed a 24kg and 48kg dog Smile

yes i use durham animal feeds for my bulk buys, but i made friends with butchers, hunters etc. So they save me alsorts, like whole rabbits, pigeons, whole chickens in feather etc etc

i don't ever feed fruit or veg, dogs are carnivores so no need for them Wink

I don't skin. pluck, gut or do anything, they eat animals whole like wild dogs would Big Grin

DAF are relativity cheap, i use them to keep my freezers topped up, but getting freebies, and look around supermarkets for the price reductions to save money!
