Hi Loui, welcome to the forum, do come and say hi

I'm not really sure if what your vet says is correct, hopefully someone else can advise, I have split your post so more people will see it. Daisys are sometimes bloodshot when she's really tired but not all the time

Re: Bloodshot eyes
Vinnies eyes get like it sometimes, as Saz says when he is tired or excited.
Try bathing with a cold tea bag, if it continues I would go back to the vets as if it is conjunctivitis she will need antibiotic drops. Hope it clears soon xx

Re: Bloodshot eyes
To be honest, although I'd do what Inez says (cold damp tea bag), I'd also take a trip to a different vet. Staffords aren't particularly prone to bloodshot eyes! She may have a touch of conjunctivitis & will need some drops.
