Hello,

Im new to the fourm. My name is chris. Just picked up a Staffordshire bull terrier. He is 3 days past 6 weeks old. His name is Gabriel. Glad i found this so i can use for reference points. I have had many pups in the past. But this is the first staffy. If i can get a picture to post ill post one in a second.

As far as why the breeder let him leave the mother. I really dont know. But hes doing well. Hes transitioning good. Eating almost completely dry dog food. Heathly and strong.

Why did you accept a 6 week old dog? Its the people who take these dogs that make the breeders breed!

Wow way to hate on me. As stated above. I have had many different breeds in my 33 years. Many where 6weeks to 8 weeks. But again if thats what this fourm is about. Then ill be happy to leave. I love animals of all kinds. For you come at me like that is uncalled for. Way to greet new members.

Please don't think anybody's hating you. So many times we see irresponsible breeders getting rid of pups too early because they can't be bothered to feed/worm/clear up after them. It's the breeders we have a down on, not you! Smile
