tomatoes sauce with noodles

what do you think?

Sounds good to me, but sounds like it needs something else  

Maybe add a few veggies?

what about

1/4 cup redwine (i need to use this up so everything is getting red wine)
150g chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
pitch of chilli powder, salt and pepper


i may add onions, red pepper

For my tomato sauce tonight i have done:

I small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 large squirt tomato puree
Large pinch of oregano
Large pinch of mixed herbs
1 large splash Worcestershire sauce
1 very small splash Hot Pepper Sauce

Fry off the meatballs first in a large fry pan and remove from the pan. Gently sweat off the onion then add tomatoes, garlic and everything else. Return the meatballs to the pan and cook for about 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through. I'm having this with spaghetti
