1 cod fillet
200gram of tomoatoes
1/4 cup of red wine
half of red onion
2 green chillie peppers
2 garlic
1 and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (i have it in everything rolling on the floor )
1/2 teaspoon of basil
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
salt & pepper

i used an recipe and added a few couple of things i like for this one lol smell nice again i just bang everything in together

that has potential but it was to spicy i'm killing me meals with chili pepper, half chilli and maybe 1 garlic would of been enough
