cod with tomatoes sauce

i dont know how this going turn out

1 cod fillet
40g of red oinion
40g chili pepper red and green
200g chopped tomatoe
1 1/2 teaspoon smoked smoked paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 oregano

Sounds like it will be great Steve - ginger, chilli and herbs how could that go wrong.

i'm worrying about the cod fillet i try to defrost it  i think it could still be frozen inside i'm going cook it for 30mins like the packed say for frozen fillet

but i have to say it's smelling very nice indeed
