new curry sauce :)
not to hot at all and taste very nice
Ingredients
1 kg onion chopped
4/5 Carrots
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
1 Tea spoon salt
3" ginger (chopped)
4/5 clove of garlic(crushed)
3/4 Fresh Tomato (or peeled tomato)
4 Table spoon Low Fat Natiural yogurt
2 Table spoon mix curry power
1.5 pint of water
Some chopped coriander (no problem if you don’t have)
Method
Put all the ingredient in except mix curry powder, Natiural yogurt, they will go in just before the end of cooking.
cook on slow gas for 40 minutes till the mix becomes soggy,add the mix curry powder and coronation milk in, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, leave to pan to cool down,blend the mix together.

i have not had meal out out of it yet tomoz i will tell you i had taste of it great
even my mum like it and she doesn't like currys my dad thinks it missing a kick

Maybe add a pinch of chilli flakes if you have them for a kick

Dads tend to like things spicey mine does the hotter the better IHO. I'm middle of the road. Not too hot with a bit of a kick

i think when you not eating meats curry are the prefect things to have with the sauce i could cooks some carrots, potatoes & maybe some cabbage this will taste great

i got 2 sauce now till something great pops up to replace them i be looking after other things i can eat i seen a few soups i do like the look of

Can't beat Leek and Potato soup
Anyway just checking in the recipe you talk about Yoghurt , in the instructions Carnation (I assume thats the cream in the tin) but it's not mentioned in the recipe , is it 1 , the other or both ??

LMAO i forgot to change that, i used Yoghurt because i'm trying to eat healthy and lose abit of weight single cream or coronation milk is what you should put in
