Take the crate into the bedroom and leave the door open. (close the bedroom door for the cat!)

Then Rio can then decide Xx

Honestly, he may prefer his crate. Piggie doesn't want to sleep with us. It freaks her out. The two boys can't sleep without us. Just a thought for you.

As Janey says leave crate door open and let him decide.
Vinnie has never slept on the bed he just prefers his own space in his crate. Big Grin

Our Bruno sleeps downstairs so I can't really advise! But he does come up in the morning for a snuggle and usually falls asleep for a bit longer!!

Sleeping on our bed Empty Re: Sleeping on our bed

Jax slept downstairs in his crate until about a month ago when we kind of accidentally (but not really) started letting him sleep with us, lol. He used to be excited every time he got to go upstairs and would jump off the bed, zooming around the room with pieces of laundry and anything he could find. I found that taking him upstairs only when he is REALLY tired and ready for bed prevents this, he just lies down and goes right to sleep. Now he's so used to it that he sort of demands we go up there and snuggle at the same time every night!

Our bed is really peaceful by night as the ginger one is tired , Tilly is just a little snuggle bug anyway and loves to be under the cover snugglled up to my feet or licking my toes. When Tommy wakes up he will jump off the bed and pick up a coat hanger or croc or something similarly annoying and then stamp around the bed with it wagging his tail and trampling you in the process Laughing

Leave his crate door open and then wait until he is totally clean at night, or he can jump onto the bed himself!
