Lola Managed to Break Her Harness!

Chloe pulls a bit (while doing pig impersonations...), Lola just get down to the ground and muscles it.......... I noticed today Lola's Ezydog harness was ripped halfway up the front chest bit. I've ordered her a new one, but at £37 I thought it might last longer then 6 months  

Yeah that doesn't sound very good! Daisy has one, with the chest plate and it seems pretty sturdy!

Give them a call, their customer service is really good I had a problem with Lily's collar and it was sorted  

I'd ring them Jo, that doesn't sound good really hopefully they'll sort it out for you.

Yikes! Might have been a manufacturing defect! Hopefully they'll send you a replacement!

We do not use a harnass but if my pup's collar was defective I'd let the manufacturers know.

That's why i don't like ezydog, to flimsy for my liking!

i would have thought it should last more than 6 months  ,id give them a call hopefully they will replace it

Thank you, I'll email them today, hadn't thought of that - silly of me. Maybe they'll ask me to send it back to them and send me a replacement (can always live in hope!)

They may ask you to send a pic of it to them. If they can't make a decision they will ask you to send it in to them  They will replace it if it's a fault.

where did you pay £37 for an Ezydog harness ?? ours only cost about 17 03 18 or similar  

Drop them an email, do you still have the receipt for it maybe send a copy of this along too as proof of purchase. Yes £37 sounds a lot for one of their harnesses, we only paid about £17.00 at Jolleys, it's only £20 at Amazon:

Oh dear! Definitely notify them, hopefully they sought something for you!

I've sent them an email. We had the Convert harnesses as they looked a bit stronger (haha!!)
