Puppy had the fright of her life...
One of my friend asked me round for coffee at her house and said to bring Pebbles along so that she would play with her own dog (a female boxer) in the garden. I thought yes good idea.
Got there and the boxer was shut into another room so Pebbles had a little sniff around in the hallway, then my friend let her dog out and she went for Pebbles She didn't bite her and didn't show teeth but she jumped all over her and Pebbles run into the living room yelping, and hid behind the sofa. When i got to her she had wet herself
So i took her back home as we didn't feel it was safe for Pebbles to stay while the boxer was acting like this. I think she was overly boisterous not wanting to be mean but obviously too much for a 13 weeks old puppy.
I just hope this hasn't knocked Pebbles' confidence with other dogs too much.

Aww, bless her! She should be fine with other dogs, as long as she's socialised! It might be better to introduce her to new dogs in a neutral environment - a park or something.

Aww for pebbles & you. Just take baby steps I'm sure she'll be fine. Lots of lovely socialising for pebbles.

Pebbles will be fine, but as mentioned always better to introduce on neutral ground. My friend bought his dog round and they have met but Moo wasn't having it, had to walk them together first and then all was ok

At the park today she was acting like nothing has happened she was boucing around and eager to meet other dogs as per usual.
Never will make that mistake to take her into another dog's home unless they are friends.
