Sounds like you know where you need to be! Just saying it doesn't always work. I'm slightly below average for body fat on a guy and there is no way I could get down there. I'd be rail thin and have to find a way to loose meat not fat. I weigh in right now at 225 so BMI ignores fitness, exercise type and body style. personal preference here steve but i think you look good at the weight you are. tone up a bit (which might get another few lb off) but i wouldn't want to see you another stone and a half lighter
