Isn't she too small?

Isn't she too small for a 5,5 month staffordshire terrier?

She may not be, she'll probably continue to grow for at least another 6-12 months

It's hard to get a real feel for her size from that shot but she doesn't look tiny. Although lots of big dogs are being bred now, the breed standard for the staffie is for a smaller, compact dog standing between 36-42cm as an adult.

Most importantly, she looks a great shape and in great shape. And she's very pretty!

Ivan,don't go worrying about her size.It is not easy to get an accurate indication of her size by a photo,but the way I see her she looks pretty good as far as height is concerned,and looks a well covered fit looking young bitch for 5 months.At that age she is growing bone,don't worry about the build that will come as she matures.
I have bred and shown the staffy for nearly 30 years and as you may guess I have always aimed to bred to the documented standard laid down by the Kennel Club,which is 14 inches ( 35 cm) to the shoulder for a bitch, and 16 inches ( 41 cm) for a male.I know these are the guide lines for the show ring,but the most important thing is to keep her well fed,healthy,and well exercised,and you won't go far wrong.

She looks fine to me. Don't worry Ivan, believe me, she will grow a lot yet! She's a real beauty too!

dogs often go through a teenager-ish sort of phase where they grow upwards for a while before they start to fill out. your beautiful pup is still just a puppy, so she has loads of growing still to do!
