god i'm knackered

i had 6 cup of dreen teas also

i cant or wont be able to sleep tonight..... early night for me i think

It might do, in that you won't be out of the bathroom  

Yes the caffeine in it should keep you awake but it cam also have a calming affect, so maybe your not tired just super chilled

Contrary to the popular belief, green tea is not a laxative. Unless you take green tea in large quantities it will not have a laxative effect. However, green tea is good for overall health.

It had dire consequences on a friend's husband who accidentally made a whole flask of the stuff before he set off on a long journey............... That's all I know

I think it can be yeah, I love green tea, drink it loads  

i love green tea but stop drinking it after 6pm if you drink it all day it bloody hard to get to sleep  

Oh yeah I move on to my selection of caffeine free teas in the evening!!
