What have you been up to then ?   

i got up silly o clock walk the dogs, went around sister weeded around my plants, watered and feed my planted, went on a 30miles bike ride ( sore bum & numb hands), painted the walls front and back 3 times paint the shed, walked the dogs agin watered my tom toms

Ummm... I think you deserve a rest then!!
