As a treat it's fine; don't forget, though, that eggs are very high in saturated fat so having them too often can be very bad for your diet!

To lose weight, maybe. But if you want to lose weight & keep your cholestorol levels & blood pressure down, then no.
My oh developed high blood pressure (he's on tablets to lower it) and he was told that eggs & salt were two of the worst things to eat!

Three or four eggs a week are fine, but any more could actually be bad for you.
Another things that's bad is fruit juice from concentrate! That's because the process for concentrating & rehydrating removes all the fibre from the juice so you're left with, basically, flavoured sugar!
