i didn't eat yesturday i was very ill rolling on the floor

i just about had all my sunday dinner so i could be under 14 onlu just for the first time in about 15 years rolling on the floor

How do you feel though? Sometimes a healthy bmi means you can look a little ill/too thin. IMO I think you look great now Big Grin

i lost 4" off my beer belly since i been watching what i eat which is pretty good Smile

when i get down to 12 i can start again bike riding, press up and sit up again and if i put an stone back on i will be still an healthy weight Smile
