Hello. I'm new to this but i really need some advise my staffy cross has been perfect up until now shes just come into season and has started being really naughty (shes 2 and a half) she wont listen and keeps nipping at one of our kittens. We recently moved home about 6 weeks ago but shes never been like this before and weve moved home a fair few times. Shes also started telling the kittens off for going near her bone. Its worrying me as im due my 3rd child in a matter of days and shes changed so much any tips would be fantastic thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum Smile

Why not come over and introduce yourself? https://staffy-bull-terrier.niceboard.com/f7-new-member-introductions

How much exercise is she getting at the moment? Has she been like this since you moved back this time? Any other major changes that could have brought the change in her on?

Thanks Smile well we got our kittens a week after moving but we've never had a problem with introducing cats to her and its only one she doesn't like. Before she was getting 2 2 hour runs a day but now she just goes out for the toilet (moved to a 2nd floor flat) 5 times a day could her lack of proper exercise affect her behaviour??

Definitely, staffies have a lot of energy, and require lots of exercise, it is recommended they get 2-3 walks a day. I would say that now the walks have stopped, she is releasing her energy by this change of behaviour. Also if you the cats are new she is probably just being a little over protective of what is hers, just monitor them and see how they go Smile

I agree with Maria, she's not getting her excercise and there is a new kitten too, probably just the changes. But no excercise will affect her behaviour.
