Got Chased last Night

By ruddy wild boar, omg there were dozens of them! Babies, mums and huge Daddy ones, I sh1t myself and have never ran so bloody fast, not the thing to do I know but its instinct when confronted by that many!! They don't usually bother me but they were right by the pathway grunting away, and would of took pics but didn't have ruddy time. 

  I can just see it now..........sorry  

 I laughed after Janey, trouble is Vinnie kept getting under my feet and nearly tripped twice!  Defo a Frank Spencer moment  

They're coming near to their mating season, so you might want to stay away - and keep Vinnie away as well They can cause some nasty injuries!

Thanks Eleanor didn't know that, probably what it was thinking I was a possible mate!!

Loads Kathy we are slowly becoming over run by them. I do love to see them but that was just too many last night. The babies are gorgeous, people are told not to feed them but they do and I think that's why they are becoming brave enough to venture near houses and paths. 

Pigs! Ugh! I like eating bits of them but that's as far as it goes.

Why on earth have we got wild ones back in this country again - hope they never get down here, I can't run as fast as you Inez.

they usually run at the slightest noise so you are very lucky to have seen them, they might have been tamed lol

Omdays we don't really see them down here in the south. But they are meant to be vicious things aren't they?

Not really vicious. They react in the same way as most wild animals do if they have young around. They only get their reputation because of their tusks.

I have never been afraid of them, it was just there were so many of them and so near to the ruddy path. I have never heard of any attacks anyway.
