Max's diet
Hi all wee max was bakers puppy mix when I got him I decided I wanted him on to wainwright,
So I took 1 week to introduce his new food it started making his poo's very wet and he was being sick,
I then thought maybe keeping him on the bakers would be best for him so again took a week to gradually bring it back in, his poo didn't harden so I was advised to give him some chappie to help harden up his insides I gave him that for a few days which helped lots, now I give him a 50/50 mix of chappie and bakers because as soon as I remove the chappie from his diet his poo' becomes very wet and occasionally is sick.
Is chappie and bakers a good enough mix? Or does anyone recommend another method

Re: Max's diet
I wouldn't recommend keeping him on either the Bakers or the Chappie food in the long term. Are you able to get hold of anything from the list below or try James Welbeloved which is reasonably priced and easilyy available. Rocky has Barking Heads which is in store at Jolleys or on line, which I would recommend:

Re: Max's diet
Agree with Kathy both of those foods are rubbish, have a look through the link provided, fish4dogs is a good food as many dogs have a reaction to chicken Xx

Re: Max's diet
Definitely get him off Bakers unless you want him full of additives that not only cause hyperactivity but have been proven to cause cancer!
Try a fish based dry food - Fish4dogs is good, but so is Fishmongers (Pets at Home's own rival to Fish4dogs). If you shop around, you can probably get some good deals on one of them!
