8 month old sleep and excersise

I have an 8 month old female
I am wondering on average how much is usual for them to sleep at this age?
Also what excersise should she be getting at this stage?

You should be looking at walking atleast twice a day with the general rule of 5 minutes per month of age. So in your instance, you'd want to walk for approximately 40 minutes.

At that age, Zeus slept alot and still does. He'd slept all night (10pm to 8am), woke up to eat and then was pretty much asleep or lazing about all day until I got back from work around 5pm.

I have a 8 month old male and he sleeps most of the day to be honest, as for walks he gets 2 35-40 mins walks each day.. sometimes 3 depending on how tired he is.

I think the rule of thumb is 5 mins per month of age, 2-3 times a day.
