Re: diet
When you say diet what kind of thing are you looking for? Dry Kibble, home cooked, raw?

Re: diet
A home cooked meal diet, she had a hysterectomy and is picking up some weight.
I also walk with her at least 6 times a week if I can.

Re: diet
Have you considered giving her a joint supplement like Glucosomine and Chondroitin this may help her with walking if her joints are painful.
When did she last visit the vet for a check up ?

It would far better if you gave her two walks a day, of maybe 20 or 25 minutes. That would give her more exercise (and increase her stamina gently) and she won't be quite so tired.
I wouldn't put her on a diet as such, but maybe just watch what she gets to eat. Cut out the treats (both doggie & human treats!) and make sure that any meat you give her is lean.
I daresay at her age she has a touch of joint stiffness, so some glucosamine capsules would help a little.

Re: diet
I'd personally recommend a raw diet and always will.
I've seen 19 years old dogs swapped to a raw diet and do great on it!

Re: diet
So the last 2 weeks my dog have started to get fits, I took her to the dog but nothing helped. I wnet back 3 times, I want to take her in and she went in a state in did not relax at all, at the end I had to put her down. We are all heart broken, she was one of my best dogs ever. No I am thinking if I must get dogs again or not. We have have been crying the whole week.
