naughty yet brilliantly clever Tip

Good morning to all from a sunny South Africa.
When we got Tip my brother said and I quote: "They a bit thick and not as clever as Jack Russels." Well. Tip proved him wrong. To help me house train I have my pups sleep in a box next to my bed at night. Well little madam does not like sleeping in the box and last night used her teddy as a ladder to cliomb onto my bed to sleep with me. So the box is now no longer in use. No thick at all is our Tip.

She is pretty good at telling us she needs the toilet but you got to be fast when she tells you.so far we only had a few accidents and only because her humans were too slow.

We live on an eight hectare smallholding and have a HUGE garden so when we go for our little walks and toilet breaks I take her to the top of the garden. Had to learn to close the front door though especially when its te five in the morning T break or she will do number one outside but rush indoors and do number two there.
And she is still not allowed on the bed. From now on she and teddo sleep in her basket infront of the bed.

Awww pleased Tip is learning so quickly! Do you want me pop this into puppy chat as the back yard is not really the place for this topic.....

Ahhh bless her, they do love to get on the bed, we have found this too as Rocky always sleeps on our bed at night.

Staffies are just so intelligent, I have an older Labrador who is clever too but she doesn't know how to open doors. After 6 months on this planet Bruzer has mastered this skill. He's one smart puppy!
