They are so clever sometimes!

Sometimes Pru amazes me with her random memory for things. Today I took her to the Durdham downs in Bristol (big huge expanse of green) and she remembered every single bench we'd sat on with her before and ran up and jumped on every single one with her tail wagging. The ones we hadn't sat on before she completely ignored. Such a clever girl!

Just wondered if anyone else notices the weird little things they remember?

Good for you you've got a clever one I must have picked the stupidest dog in the whole wide world otherwise I won't be sitting in the st. Locked out by my own pup .

Like knowing where the ball was lost a month ago? Retrieving the ball is Madge's favourite game when we're out and sadly because of the brambles and heavy growth of gorse in our area, they sometimes get irretrievably lost. On our walk on Monday she suddenly stopped by a big hedge and "pointed" with her nose, with her playing ball next to her. When I pushed the brambles back yes, there was last month's ball snug in the bush. I need to remember to take gardening gloves on the walk !
