OMG the longest sleep i have ever had

went to lay down about 7 half last night on my bed and just wake up   

 Steve, wow, I only had about 2 hours sleep so feeling very    

Wow Steve, you must have needed it I had an early night too, bout 10 and I usually only sleep 2/3 hours but I slept til 6:30

Wish I had slept that long, you must have been real tired!

Ive been up all night with a whiny dog that couldnt settle  

i think it all these late nights posting on facebook

I have them sleeps every so often but normally in the winter. Finish work, have my tea then the heating gets me and knocks me out fully clothed and I wake up 12 hours later.
Do you feel all refreshed today?

yea i feel great brb just taking the dogs out

Obviously needed it!

I made use of the fact I was awake so early and took Rocky out, it was considerable cooler too and he made friends with a Great Dane  

Thats a normal sleep to me  

Nothing beats an early night! But that's really early Steve!

I think if I let myself I could sleep for a week and not wake! You obviously needed it:) 

Very normal sleep for me although it's been years since I went to bed early

I am lucky if I get 6 hours a night

I did that once, I hadn't been sleeping and decided to make some egg sandwiches for my lunch. So I went for a lye down for an hour while the egg cooled. That was at 2pm I finally woke up at 7 the next morning!!
