Perhaps she has been bitten by something? Not had yellow spots, but red ones yes. Do they look infected?

Are you able to get some pictures of the spots this may help to ID them ?. Has she been through any long grass recently ? they could be an allergic reaction to something.

Could be the heat, could you call your vet and ask for advice to ease your mind, or perhaps 1/2 a piriton twice a day Smile

They look like whiteheads? My pooch had this not too long ago after running through long grass and water and mud etc. Ive put it down to allergies and it took about 4 days to clear up. Try putting sudocreme on his tummy to sooth any itchyness and redness. No harm in visiting the vet though Smile
