Crikey and I thought I was careful...............

Whenever hubby or son comes home, we have one excited Pixee barking to get out to greet them, I have to wait till hubby has parked his van, reversing lights go off, then I know its safe to let Pixee out. Yesterday, son was home, his day off and in the lounge. I saw hubby come home, and thought hey wheres Pixee, so unlike her not to be ready barking her greetings and wanting to be let out. Called her, nothing. Ran in lounge asking son is Pixee with you, he says I thought I heard her with you barking, I say no.............. So son is calling her too, I check the garden, as the door is left open all day now for her in this lovely weather, nothing! By then we were both worried, and in walked hubby saying, you both looking for Pixee? Well there she is........ 

The little madam had jumped out the kitchen window, and lucky for her, hubbys van has those reversering sensors, they were going mad, and that is what made hubby stop to check what was going on, Pixee who else greeting him  

So now I must remember not to leave the front kitchen sash window open too much  

Oh no, glad she was OK   You can never be too careful!!

I know. And the funny thing too is, (not at the time) hubby was saying whilst me and son were calling her, she just sat there with her staffie smile looking at the window and back to hubby, little madam!  

I suppose she was thinking "Wasn't that clever - did you see what I just did?"

Yes I guess she was thinking "Oooo I am very clever" whilst Mummy is going through panic attack . 

Tutt tutt pixie, giving mummy a heart attack I'm glad she's ok
