wen i go out with my staff for a walk she looking for food all the time she get her trets an dinner on time wi is she doing this can you help thanks

Is she looking for food or just sniffing around, Rocky does this an awful lot too, being a terrier they do tend to have their noses to the ground a lot as the name suggests.

I dont think your pooch is looking for food, as Kathy said, sniffing is their 'thing', sometimes it can take my pooch a good 15mins just to get the the end of the road! Smile

Same here it's pretty normal, daisy is the same! I have to be really quick with my leave command if there is any food on the ground too!!

both mine do this and its worse this time of year with people having picnics and BBQ's in the park it drives me crazy, especialy with cooked bones laying around. there are signs all over about picking dog mess up but nothing about lazy fat * people not walking 5 foot to a bin... sometimes they act like i dont feed em lil gits and strain for half a sarnie or even a crisp.
