it's becasue i have cut bread and chicken out i just need find new healthy recipes to make so i dont get bored and end up in my old habits of having 10 slices of bread

10 slices! Woah. I cant eat too much bread gives me acid reflux...booo. I found a really good protein diet helps me keep weight off, carbs do nothing for me, make me bloaty and weight comes quick. Whatever your doing, keep it up Steve!

yea i was bad i just get 2/3 slicer of bread with nothing on

Well done Steve, you are doing very well. Do you eat any fruit ?? You may find this nice as an alternative to anything else sugary.

Kathy has made a good point, fruit def helps with sugar cravings for me, and if I really feel like something sweet, I just add some natural or vanilla yoghurt in with some muesli or with the fruit. yum!
