Crate dimensions Empty Crate dimensions

Hi,

I'm looking to get Kizzy a crate for when my sister dog sits at her house in a few weeks. I'm thinking of getting a canvas crate just for portability as I doubt it will be used much here.

I just wondered if anyone could tell me roughly what dimensions to buy??

This is like the one I got Dempsey for use at my office, and also for when we go camping. It's reasonably strong & easy to use - I just put a foam mattress & a blanket in the bottom. I wouldn't use it for long periods unsupervised because they could chew their way out!

Thanks Caryll,

That's what I'm looking for, would a staffy get away with a large or medium sized one or do you think that would be too small?

The soft crates seem to be a bit smaller than the hard wire ones. I'd go for a large one as long as you can fit it wherever you're going! If it's too small Kizzy won't be comfortable & won't settle.
