steve snacks

i cook this all it take about hour and half but if you want to do it the fast way you can do this way

potato curry (nornaly it should be chickpea curry but i dont like chickpeas)



the rice(cook in veg stock & add finely chopped carrots, peppers, spring oinions)



for the amount i did i needed 6 eggs you need to beat them up



add the rice and curry in mix slowly you dont want to break up the cooked potatos



add them to cooking pots (i made 3 becasue everyone like it)

gas mark 5 for about 45mins to hour

this looks delish! Might try this next week for dinner yum!

it lovely when it cold and it's free at slimming world they say you can eat as much you like and you wont put weight on  well that what my sister said anyway

Haha yumm its been really cold here, so this is definitely a great winter warmer for me to try now! if I leave it to late I wont be heating hot curry in 40 odd degree weather in summer haha!
Ohh don't tell me its good for slimming steve or else I wont stop eating it haha!

i cook it at the weekend for the past 3 weeks   here what it looks like when you cut an bit off

what i do it cut it in half then slide it the 2 half in 4 then i got 8 bits   prefect snacks for 2 days

Oh that's a good idea! I'll let you know how fast it goes when I make it
