Super healthy snacks

a list of things you need
1 can of chickpea dabl
3 egs
1 batchelors savoury rice veg or whatever meat you like

cook the 1 batchelors savoury first just follow the back of it it only take 20/15mins

then mix all 3 together very well

add everything into an pyrex square dish or whatever they are call and cook for 30/40 mins on mark 6

I don't like chickpeas so i found a chickpea recipes and add potatoes instead

my sister got the recipe from slimming world and if you make your own chickenpea curry without the oil that gets added it be even better

I must admit that does look lovely. Better cold as you said though I imagine.
