Fat/muscle band on back
Hi - not sure if this is anything to worry about or not, but our 1yr old female has a muscle/fat band that runs from shoulder to shoulder...something our male (who is a lot more stocky) doesn't have? It is slightly noticeable when she sits...almost like a little fat roll on her back...but does not give her any discomfort. Am I just being paranoid, or is this normal?

My 18 month-old male has this too and I've just put it down to he's still growing into his skin!
