Re: feeding
Depends what brand you're feeding. Is she looking overweight? You should be able to see the last 2 ribs.
Maybe post a couple of pictures side on and from above and we'll be able to tell you better!
Also wet food is 80% water, so not much nutrition in it anyway!

Re: feeding
Barking Heads is a pretty good food iirc. Cesar is a terrible wet food by the looks of it! I'd stop the wet, or change to a better one if I was you! Nature Diet and Wainwrights are 2 good wet foods!

Re: feeding
Rocky has the Barking Heads TLC and we just add a little cooked cooled chicken to it and he is fine with that. The vet is very pleased with his weight and general condition, do you need to add a wet food to it ??

Re: feeding
Why are you adding the wet food? Is it to get him to eat it?
If you're adding any other food source to his food, then yes, you should cut down a bit on the main food. The only way to get it right is to watch his weight.
Personally I'd be mor inclined to add a raw egg or a couple of sardines in oil to his food to tempt him rather than wet food which is about 80% water!

Re: feeding
Rocky has approx 150g of the kibble per day with a little added cooked cooled chicken, he weighs about 18 - 19K. So yes maybe back off a little on the kibble and see how it goes you can always add a little more if it looks like he is getting too thin. Chat it over with your vet first though.

Re: feeding
Dry food should not make them constipated. If it is then i would change the brand.

He won't be constipated just because he's on dry food, but the food itself might not quite agree with him.
You could either try changing his food, or adding some salmon oil to his dinner every time & see if that helps.
