Im addicted to buying things for Boss

Is it just me or does others do this..

Boss was low on food so i had to go to pets at home and buy food.. as i get to the doors i say food and only food everytime but when i get to the counter i have toys, treats and everything as-well as food haha! today he ended up with a extreme Kong and the can of paste you put in it  hurts my pocket each and every time i go out and hes not even with me lol. SPOILT dog

haha I'm bad at buying them food, with them being raw fed i like to buy them weird and wonderful things so am always getting a raw haul!

Apart from that not really no, and i don't shop at p@h

Sounds very normal! I buy online but ebay usually gets a hammering for naff toys that last 2 mins

I am terrible also, I can not resisit with toys, I only let Roxy have a few toys at a time so she does not get bored and change them on a daily basis so she does not get bored.

I went to PAH on Sat. for cat food and came out with a Kong Wobbler, training treats and some chews.  

Oh and the cat food!!! 

Cat food cost me under a fiver...........dog stuff over 20 quid

Ebay for me too, though everytime I go shopping Vinnie knows I will always have something for him. Gotta spoil em!

I'm the same in the shops and on the internet!!

I'm sure Boss will appreciate your retail therapy even if it is second hand..............sorry second paw

Pets @ Home every wednesday i swear know i go there as they put all the toys and goodies out front as i walk in so i cant resist when i say im just getting guinea pig food etc ... nope jenson gets food/toys/treats etc .. it gets me evrytime  but Jensons worth it 

I had to buy another freezer this week to fit all of Chiquitos raw food in .. every time I go out I pick up something else weird an wonderful  

Admit I am not all that much better with toys, I drop by the second hand shop for new teddies regularly and I often buy new noisy toys to swap out for training  As for ebay, all I can say is ... danger, danger, danger 

I am terrible when I go into PAH... My poor bank account must cry every time I make a payment in there

Haha yep, i just spent $250 on a ruffwear backpack, shoes, another lead, and some other small things. I also asked them to let me know when they get the ruffwear travel bed and life jacket in stock . Oh and the day before that I ordered 2 pyjamases, that brings to total pyjamas count to 4

And yes the raw feeding has got me too, had to get another freezer that filled up within two days and is now filled with lots of pretty gross stuff lol

well im just glad some people are worse than me

I used to be like that but since feeding raw I'm more likely to come home with some sort of random eatable!

Don't think I have ever left PAH with only what I went in for , quite frequently I come out with other stuff and NOT got what I went in for really just depends what I see as to whether I have overspent by £1 or £100

Haha I am just the same! I went to pet barn today to buy shampoo and conditioner and some treats, walked out with a ton of toys, loads of treats, a new leash, and too much more that broke my bank account haha, I spend more on Rock that myself now! They deserve it

Went in to the pet shop to weigh max today, she grabbed a toy off the shelf, covered it in slobber so I had no choice but to buy it. Happened to be a kong wubba and costed $38, we get home, I get in the shower, by the time I get out from the bathroom the toy was in pieces all over the house and Max was sleeping. Hope she though the 5 min of fun was worth my $38

I do the same thing! I cannot go to the pet store without spending a ton of money! I try to walk directly to the food section but on the way I see something then Gwen "needs" (what I tell myself in the moment) and I always end up at the check out counter with all kinds of treats, toys, balls, etc. Its so hard not to spoil them when you love them so much! Before we got Gwen I would go to the mall and spend a bunch of money on clothes or shoes for myself. Since I have gotten her I haven't gotten a single item for myself, I would much rather spend my money spoiling her:D

So glad it's not just me I cant resist a new toy for Weller. He had his first stag antler yesterday and he loves it!

I am the same. I can't help it. When I go to pets at home they get so much stuff. Zeke is 6 months old soon and has already had about 4 collars -_- and well the amount of toys he has.. Jeeeez

No your not alone,my dog will always be as close to me as if i had a daughter or son so its only natural that i do my best to give my dog the best life i can. otherwise whats the point
