it was super nice but a lot work :/ i think if anybody want to make this i would make the curry sauce night before becasue you make a lot of pots cooking 2 things

Curry does usually taste better the day after it is made too This gives all the spices time to mingle with each other and develope more flavour.

I am going to have a go at the sauce on the weekend but I have to add meat of some sort, cause I love meat. Wonder if you could marinate the meat in the sauce first?

chicken would go very nice with it
what i would od is cook the sauce blend it leave it to one side cook the chicken and when it all goes white add the chicken

That's what I thought but do that night before then just simmer it perhaps. Thought if it marinated in the sauce over night the chicken would have flavours going through it good idea chef?

I would cook it through first I always do so I will give it a go. After all I don't want to be * a doodle doing!

i would just do the sauce then add the sauce to the chicken after the chicken gone white and cook for 20/25 mins low heat

Tortilla soup with corn tortilla, smoked paprika roast chicken and chipotle peppers. Try that Steve. It was very tasty.
