Liver treats Empty Liver treats

Post by Barry S Sun Jun 09 2013, 13:06

I am going to try and make some liver treats later. Any tips ? I will post how it goes.
Do you boil the liver first or not ?

Also are raw eggs good for dogs ?

Raw eggs are very good for dogs

No I don't boil the liver first I stick it raw in my dehydrator but just cut it up and put it in the oven on a low heat and let it dry Smile

I'm sure she loves it Big Grin

I think liver is quite rich so don't feed too much at one, my mum gave Daisy some in her tea, not pretty next day! Laughing

Well Molly does love the treats, in fact training has come to a halt. she will not do a thing while I have them in my hands she just follows my hand, even squeaky toys don't move her lol.
So yep they are a hit
